Quality and replacements

E-gifts are not covered by the 7-day full refund guarantee, because the purchaser and the recipient are different people. If an item we delivered is defective, damaged or the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of its arrival. We will replace it with an item in good condition (send it again) at our expense. If you have any questions about the products, our customer support team will be glad to help.
