How to use, precautions and gift options, all in one place.
How to use
- Read the waterproof Chapon Card to learn about the concept and essential oils, and read a message from the perfumer.
- Fill the tub with water at 42°C or below and remove the bath cover. Wash your hair and body first.
- Add half a bottle of bath salt (30 g) to a full tub (about 200 L) and stir until dissolved before you get in.
- Mix the water well and enjoy how the scent and color change. Aim for a 10–15 minute soak, and avoid long baths of 20 minutes or more.
- When using up a bottle, fill it with water while you're in the bath, shake gently and pour that water back into the tub.
- After your bath, drain the water promptly and wash the tub.
Precautions
Please read these precautions and use the product as directed. Please note the following.
- If you notice any skin problems during or after use, stop using it and consult a dermatologist or other specialist.
- If it gets in your eyes, rinse them right away.
- Please avoid using during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for infants and young children.
- Do not use in marble bathtubs or 24-hour circulating baths.
- Do not use the leftover bathwater for laundry.
- If left for a long time, the color may stain the tub, so rinse it promptly after bathing.
- Store away from direct sunlight, high or low temperatures and humidity, and out of reach of infants and young children.
- The scent or color may change, or the salt may form lumps. If you're concerned about its condition, please contact us before use.
- If you notice anything concerning, such as a dent in the bottle, please contact us.
About natural ingredients
This product is scented with 100% natural essential oils, chosen with care, and colored only with naturally derived pigments.
Because of this, the color may vary slightly or shift gently with the character of the raw materials, the season, light and temperature. If you're concerned about differences or changes in color, or the condition of the bottle, please contact us before use.

Purchases from the Chapon official store are covered by our 7-day full refund guarantee (orders delivered within Japan only; e-gifts excluded). Contact us at hi@chapon.jp within 7 days of the arrival date and we'll refund the full amount you paid (product price and shipping). There's no need to send the product back.

It began when we saw how tired our family was. We wanted the bath we take every day to become a time to change our mood. With that in mind, we launched the brand in 2020.
